Campaign Statement

Hemet is at a crossroads. Rising costs, a growing budget deficit, deteriorating infrastructure, and public safety challenges require experienced, accountable leadership. We cannot continue spending beyond our means or expect higher taxes to solve long-term financial problems. Hemet must restore fiscal discipline, prioritize essential services, improve our streets and parks, support our first responders, and create an environment where businesses can grow and create good-paying jobs.

I've proudly called Hemet home since 1981. My father was a Navy veteran and mechanic, and my mother instilled the traditional Hispanic values of faith, family, hard work, and respect that continue to guide my life. I graduated from Hemet High School in 1986, built my career in Real Estate, and have raised my family here alongside my wife, a Hemet Unified School District teacher.

My commitment to Hemet is demonstrated through decades of community service as the Ramona Bowl President during its 100th season, President of the local Association of Realtors, Director for Habitat for Humanity, member of the Measure U Citizens Oversight Committee, Vice-President of Grandfathers for Golf, and State Political Coordinator for the California Association of Realtors.
